This year’s theme is「Enjoy It!」

The highlight of this event held in Tamana City is the rare ‘Rice Bale Rolling Race,’ which is unique in Japan.

Participants will roll a massive rice bale weighing 1 ton, measuring 4 meters in width and 2.5 meters in diameter, competing for the best time!

The sight of participants pulling the ropes attached to the bales and rolling them over a 250-meter course is truly spectacular.

Additionally, around the Tamana City Hall, the ‘Tamana Tamarun Gourmet’ featuring local delicious foods and the ‘Tamana City Industrial Festival’ will also take place simultaneously.
