春と秋の年に2度、数日間の一般開放日以外は立ち入ることができないため、「秘密の渓谷」として知られています。

【Minamioguni Town】Mazeno Gorge

The source of the Chikugo River is a vivid contrast between the clear stream flowing over large rock faces and the lush deciduous trees growing along both banks.

Open to the public only twice a year, in spring and autumn for a few days, this area is known as the “Secret Gorge” because it is otherwise inaccessible.

During the limited open days, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of untouched nature.

Amid the flowing clear stream and the towering deciduous trees, sunlight filters through the canopy, illuminating the water’s surface.

This magnificent natural gorge can be enjoyed throughout the four seasons.

【南小国町】马贼峡谷 (Mǎzéi Xiágǔ)
