【津奈木町】ホワン･ピンリン　さざめく波と木漏れ日：思いがとどまる場所

1986年、台湾の新竹で生まれたホワン・ピンリンは、国立台北芸術大学を卒業後、フランスのエコール・デ・ボザール大学院で学びました。

帰国後は、新竹の自宅兼アトリエで制作を続け、国内外の展覧会に作品を出展。

2022年から2023年にかけては、日本のレジデンスプログラムにも参加しました。

近年、彼は日常のさりげない出会いの中で感じる最初の印象を、物語のように繊細に広げ、あたかも夢のように瑞々しく、生命感にあふれた情景を描き出しています。

2024年8月からは、「アーティスト・イン・レジデンスつなぎ2024」の招聘作家として、約3ヶ月間、静かな不知火海と豊かな山々に囲まれた津奈木町に滞在し、地元の人々との交流を深めながら制作を行いました。

本展では、ホワン・ピンリンが津奈木町で制作した新作を展示します。

【Tsunagi Town】Huang Ping-Lin: Whispering Waves and Sunlight Filtering Through the Trees – A Place Where Thoughts Linger

Born in 1986 in Hsinchu, Taiwan, Huang Ping-Lin graduated from the National Taipei University of the Arts before pursuing graduate studies at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in France.

After returning to Taiwan, she continued her work at her home and studio in Hsinchu, showcasing her art in both domestic and international exhibitions. Between 2022 and 2023, she also participated in an artist residency program in Japan.

In recent years, Huang has been focusing on capturing the fleeting impressions from everyday encounters, carefully expanding them as though weaving a story.

She creates scenes that are ethereal yet vivid, filled with a sense of life and energy.

From August 2024, she will be a resident artist at the “Artist-in-Residence Tsunagi 2024” program in Tsunagi Town, surrounded by the quiet Unzen Sea and rich mountain landscapes.

During her three-month stay, she will engage with the local community while creating new work.

This exhibition will showcase the new pieces Huang Ping-Lin created during her time in Tsunagi Town.

近年来，黄品琳将日常生活中的微小相遇所带来的最初印象，像编织故事一样细腻地扩展开来，创作出模糊却充满生命力的画面。

2024年8月起，她作为“艺术家驻留计划·津奈木2024”的受邀艺术家，将在津奈木町这片静谧的不知火海与丰饶山脉环绕的地方，进行为期三个月的创作，并与当地居民交流合作。

本次展览将展示黄品琳在津奈木町驻留期间创作的全新作品。
