【美里町】第26回 みどりかわ湖どんど祭り

日本最大級の炎の祭典「みどりかわ湖どんど祭り」が今年も開催されます。

この壮大な祭りは、五穀豊穣や無病息災を祈願する日本の伝統文化「どんど焼き」を後世に伝えようと始められました。

町内の山林から切り出した孟宗竹や稲わらを使って、高さ30mの巨大なやぐらを組み立て、点火します。

祭りは令和7年1月11日（土曜日）に開催され、正午ごろに点火予定です。

万が一延期となった場合は、翌日1月12日（日曜日）に開催されます。

また、会場では地元の名物や特産品が勢ぞろいするグルメブースも充実！

やまめの塩焼き、里芋コロッケ、からあげ、ぜんざいなど、多彩な味覚が楽しめます。

さらに、特別企画として緑川ダムと第一発電所の見学会も開催！

普段は立ち入ることができないダム内部や発電所を、専門スタッフの案内で見学できる貴重な機会です。

ダムの役割やインフラの仕組みを学び、新しい発見を楽しめる特別な体験が待っています。

【Misatomachi】26th Midorikawa Lake Don-Do Festival

Japan’s largest flame festival, the “Midorikawa Lake Don-Do Festival,” will be held again this year.

This magnificent festival began with the aim of passing down the Japanese traditional culture of “Don-Doyaki,” which prays for bountiful harvests and good health.

A giant 30-meter-high tower is built using bamboo and rice straw cut from the mountains and forests of the town, and it is set on fire.

The festival will take place on Saturday, January 11th, 2025 (Reiwa 7), with the lighting ceremony scheduled around noon.

In case of postponement, it will be held the following day, Sunday, January 12th.

There will also be a variety of gourmet food booths featuring local specialties and products!

You can enjoy a wide range of flavors, including grilled yamame fish, taro croquettes, fried chicken, and sweet red bean soup.

Additionally, there will be a special tour of the Midorikawa Dam and the First Power Plant!

This is a rare opportunity to visit the inside of the dam and power plant, which is usually off-limits, with a guide from the expert staff.

You will have a chance to learn about the dam’s role and the infrastructure system, as well as enjoy a unique experience with new discoveries.

日本最大的火焰祭典“绿川湖顿顿祭典”今年也将如期举办。

这个壮观的节日是为了传承祈求五谷丰收与健康长寿的日本传统文化“顿顿烧”而开始的。

节日当天，将使用从当地山林中砍伐的孟宗竹和稻草，搭建起高达30米的巨大塔架，并点燃。

祭典将于令和7年1月11日（星期六）举行，点火仪式预计在中午左右开始。

如果因故延期，将于次日1月12日（星期日）举行。

此外，现场还将设有丰富的美食摊位，展示当地的名产和特产！

您可以品尝到各种美味，如烤山鲑、芋头可乐饼、炸鸡块、甜红豆汤等。

此外，特别企划还包括参观绿川水坝和第一发电站！
